Individual sessions options

60 minute session - £40

30 minute and 45 minute can be arranged also

60 minute private studio session - £10

*Ideal for introductory purposes and to preview the trainer/ client fit and sample the trainers approach to meeting your individual goal, to receive additional guidance on particular sticking points and/ or review previous instruction to consolidate knowledge.

 

N.B. The cost of the single session will be deducted from any subsequent block bookings.

Online Personal Training

DF PT has worked to ensure the online service is as close as possible to the in-person, 1-to-1 personal training service.

Metabolic Conditioning - 4 week plan (ongoing subscription- cancel at any time)

3 to 5 sessions per week - £10

Capacity training is a cornerstone of overall fitness. This Metabolic Conditioning course only requires a rower or exercise bike (ideally an assault/ echo bike)- running variants are included also where possible.  

The course is designed to cover a full year and will guide you through increasingly challenging training sessions, covering anaerobic fitness, aerobic fitness, endurance, speed and interval training- days in each week can be re-arranged to complement other training. 

Slow-twitch and fast-twitch muscle fibers have different energy production capabilities, this program provides the necessary stimulus to improve sustainable energy production across both types of fiber.

Volume/ Size Training - 4 week plan (ongoing subscription- cancel at any time)

Comfortable with training and just need a training plan to help you gain size in a time efficient way and reach your max potential? Subscribe to the DF PT Volume/ Size training plan to increase your muscle mass, strength and work capacity. 

The plan will focus  on compund lifts and leverage the age old German Volume training approach. 

Periodisation/ progressive overload is built in for on-going subscribers.
