Photo & Video Analysis
Photo and video analysis is an optional extra to the ‘program design sessions'.
The photo and video analysis service is used for monitoring your progress through your exercise routine to ensure you continue to achieve your goals!
PHOTO ANALYSIS
For weight loss and muscle tone:
Taking photos of yourself before and during a new exercise regime is a fantastic way to monitor your progress. I will take a selection of photos as part of the program design session. Once the photos have been taken, I can either print them out and create a portfolio for you or burn them onto a DVD for your keeping. I have found this service to be particularly popular with my weight loss and muscle tone clients.
VIDEO ANALYSIS
For sports performance, injury rehabilitation, posture assessments, running / gait analysis, body alignment, and whole body movement assessment.
With the use of video analysis, specific movements e.g. squatting patterns, running patterns, flexibility, balance and stability exercises are recorded are re-recorded at a later date to draw comparisons to your progress.
The idea is that (depending on your goals), specific movements / actions are recorded before a new training program is undertaken. I will design and structure a program for you, and then re recorded the same movements 3 – 6 months into your training. With the footage, I can burn the clips onto a DVD and re-take the same footage every 3 – 6 months as you progress with your fitness. This way, you will have an ongoing video diary of your progress for you keeping.
MARTIAL ARTISTS, GOLFERS, RUNNERS, RUGBY,
