Exercise in the comfort of your own home. I have my own equipment which I use to successfully train a number of my clients in their own homes. I currently work with a range of exercise goals with my ‘home clients’ from weight loss, core strengthening, muscle toning, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
I use a variety of techniques to achieve results with my clients in their homes, some of which include circuit training, boxing and kickboxing.
All sessions are 1 hour; all sessions include whole body stretching, program guidance, nutrition and diet advice.
